Kate is a specialist in leadership development and the development of systems leadership in education, services for children and families and public sector organisations.
She is an experienced Executive Coach, trainer, facilitator, public speaker, conference host and engaging compere.
Kate has a wealth of experience of working alongside senior leaders and practitioners, to co-construct service redesign, based on outcomes based methodology.

Sue is an Accredited Business and Personal Coach, Coach Supervisor and is C​ertified in ​Conversational Intelligence.
Sue brings conversational Intelligence (C-IQ) approaches to individuals and organisations. C-IQ ​builds upon emotional intelligence, the ‘I’ and concentrates on ‘We’. It’s about collaborative, inclusive, engagement of the many.
The theories, tools and approaches are rooted in latest findings from neuroscience.

Jennifer Bexon-Smith
Jennifer Bexon-Smith
Jennifer has over 25 years experience of working as a senior leader in secondary schools. She was appointed principal of Tudor Grange School in 2002 and led the school to its first outstanding Ofsted judgement. Jennifer went on to establish the Tudor Grange Academies Trust of which she was CEO.
In September 2014 Jenny became the first Regional Schools Commissioner for EMH, taking on the challenge of improving regional school performance.
Jennifer has been instrumental in the designation and establishment of the Sheffield Test and Learn Teaching School Hub (TSH).

Andy is a highly experienced and skilled senior leader and educator with more than 20 years experience in major executive roles for local authority, regional and national areas in Scottish education and children's services.
Formerly, a Head of Education and Children’s Services and a Regional Improvement Lead and he understands the demands placed on leaders in large and complex organisations.
He now provides support and expertise in improving performance, leadership development and goals for clients, teams and organisations.

Chris has been a Headteacher for over 20 years and ex-CEO of The Ed​ucation Alliance.
Chris is currently the Teaching School Council (TSC) Representative for South Yorkshire and Humber and Chair of the outstanding Yorkshire Wolds SCITT. Chris is a former member of the Headteacher Board for East Midlands and the Humber.
Whilst Headteacher of South Hunsley School and Sixth Form College, rated as Outstanding by Ofsted, she was also Executive Principal of a number of Special Measures schools, all of which had Special Measures removed within two years.
